Kevin Daniel, LMFT- Associate, LPC-Associate
Kevin is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, and children navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strengths. Kevin prefers a holistic approach to therapy, dedicated to helping clients build stronger connections, improve communication, and resolve conflicts healthily and constructively.
Kevin earned his graduate degree from Sam Houston State University, focusing on Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling. He holds dual associate licensures in Texas for both Marriage & Family Therapy and Professional Counseling. Kevin has had the privilege of supporting clients from diverse backgrounds through various issues, including anxiety, depression, familial relationship struggles, and personal growth.
Kevin believes in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can freely explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. By employing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy, individuals and families can be empowered to develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals. Kevin’s work also includes Play Therapy for young children. This developmentally appropriate approach allows them to process emotions, work through challenges, and express themselves using creative activities and play.
Understanding that seeking help can be a courageous step, Kevin commends clients for considering counseling. Whether clients are facing a specific challenge or simply seeking guidance on their journey toward self-discovery, we offer support, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way.
