Group Therapy

In group therapy, a small, carefully selected group of individuals, typically around 6-12 people, come together regularly, often weekly, to engage in open discussions and deep exploration of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors within a safe, supportive environment. Guided by experienced and trained facilitators, these sessions provide a unique and invaluable opportunity for participants to gain profound insights, receive empathetic feedback, and develop effective coping strategies through shared experiences with their peers. The group setting allows individuals to not only receive support and understanding from others who may have similar experiences, but also to learn from different perspectives and approaches, fostering personal growth and fostering a sense of community and belonging.
