Brittany is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-Associate), driven by compassion and dedication. Her journey has been enriched by a range of experiences, including her background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Having graduated from Lamar University, she has always had a passion for supporting individuals on their mental health journey. Brittany’s expertise extends across various populations, allowing her to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. She believes the first step in a therapeutic relationship is creating a safe, non-judgmental space that is both supportive and inclusive, laying the groundwork for healing and growth. In addition to Brittany’s counseling credentials, she brings a valuable background as an RBT. This experience has equipped her with a unique perspective and skill set, particularly beneficial in understanding and addressing behavioral challenges.
Brittany specializes in addressing mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and trauma, extending her expertise to children, adolescents, and adults. In her therapeutic approach, Brittany firmly believes in the principle, that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to mental health. She understands that everyone brings a unique set of experiences, challenges, and strengths to the therapeutic space. Brittany also understands tailoring interventions to suit the specific needs of everyone is paramount. As well as, embracing the diversity of her clients is not only essential but enriching, as it fosters a collaborative and respectful environment where the uniqueness of each person is valued and honored.
