Shareda Kelly, BA., RBT

I'm here to lend you a helping hand when it comes to matters of the heart and family. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to support you and your loved ones through the ups and downs of life.

I'm here to assist you in improving your relationships, whether it's with your spouse, your parents, your siblings, or even your friends. Relationships can be tricky sometimes, and that's where I come in to help you navigate those challenges.

When you visit Heart of Mind Therapy, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe to express your thoughts and emotions. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and understood, regardless of their age or background.

Now, I know that talking about personal matters can feel a bit scary or uncomfortable, especially if you're going through a tough time. But rest assured, I'm here to listen without judgment and offer guidance to help you find solutions that work for you.

Together, we'll explore your feelings, communication patterns, and any issues that may be causing stress or tension in your relationships. Through our sessions, we'll work on building healthy communication skills, resolving conflicts, and strengthening your bond with your loved ones.

Whether you're facing difficulties in your marriage, experiencing challenges within your family, or simply looking to improve your relationships, I'm here to walk alongside you on this journey. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, and it's my privilege to assist you in creating a happier and more harmonious life.
