Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), LPC, LCSW
Heart of Mind Therapy is a highly regarded group practice of licensed mental health providers. We are dedicated to providing safe and supportive services for individuals, couples, and families in our community, as well as for our Therapist. As a place of holistic healing and growth of therapy, we go beyond traditional talk therapy to offer comprehensive and effective treatment options. We are seeking a full-time, fully licensed clinician to join our dynamic team. With a growing group practice and a reputation for excellence, we can provide a steady stream of clients to fill your schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, family, and/or couples therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapeutic services provided
- Provide case management to assigned clients
- Utilize appropriate treatment interventions based on clients' needs and diagnoses
- Complete documentation in a timely, efficient, and ethical manner
- Adhere to the ethical standards of the Texas Department of State Health Services
- Involve and educate family members or loved ones in the treatment process when necessary
- Make appropriate referrals to outside sources or agencies as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
- Ensure compliance with required licenses and appropriate insurance coverage
Requirements:
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of Texas as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (Associates will be considered)
- Master's degree in counseling or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably working directly with clients
- Individual malpractice insurance
- Positive and compassionate attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus
- Team player mentality
- Specializations such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or Neurofeedback are highly valued
