Shareda Kelly, BA., RBT
I'm here to lend you a helping hand when it comes to matters of the heart and family. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Student-Intern, my goal is to support you and your loved ones through the ups and downs of life.
I'm here to assist you in improving your relationships, whether with your spouse, parents, siblings, or even friends. Relationships can be tricky sometimes, and that's where I come in to help you navigate those challenges.
When you visit Heart of Mind Therapy, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe to express your thoughts and emotions. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and understood, regardless of their age or background.
I know that talking about personal matters can feel scary and uncomfortable, especially if you're going through a tough time. Rest assured, I'm here to listen without judgment and offer guidance to help you find solutions that work for you.
Together, we'll explore your feelings, communication patterns, and any issues that may be causing stress or tension in your relationships. Through our sessions, we'll work on building healthy communication skills, resolving conflicts, and strengthening your bond with your loved ones.
Whether you're facing difficulties in your marriage, experiencing challenges within your family, or simply looking to improve your relationship with yourself, I'm here to walk alongside you on this journey. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, and it's my privilege to assist you in creating a happier and more harmonious life.
I am a student-intern at Heart of Mind Therapy under the advisory of Kietha Adams, MS, LMFT, ABS, and a student at Lamar University. I am currently in my second year in a Marriage and Family Therapy Master’s Program at Lamar and eagerly await the opportunity to collaborate with the vast majority of individuals who choose to partake in their therapeutic journeys.
So, if you're ready to take that step towards positive change, call Heart of Mind Therapy and ask for Shareda Kelly.
